Community Classes

Here is a list of my classes that are open for anyone to join! You can practice with us in person at our Lennox Head studio or online via the streaming platform Zoom. Class times, types and levels are listed below.  

Yoga Vinyasa Flow: 

This is a slow-medium paced class that is designed to strengthen and stretch the entire body. The focus of each class changes; some common focuses are hips, back, core, balance, and flexibility. It will provide the perfect amount of challenge, unlock hidden tension, and leave you feeling invigorated. This class is the perfect way to start your day! 

Yoga/Pilates/Cardio Fusion

This is fun and dynamic fast paced class that will class that is designed to build heat, strengthen and tone every muscle in your body, and burn calories and fat. Each class finishes with slow a Yoga wind-down. It leave you feeling accomplished and energised!
